The Origins & Values of Ei Collaborative

Our modern lives are busy, complex, and constantly changing. We live and work in organizations and institutions characterized by rapid evolution, accelerating scientific and technological breakthroughs, and unprecedented demands on our psychological, financial, emotional, and physical resources.

This reality has created a need for more innovative education, training, collaboration, and leadership than were required for previous generations. Specifically, these developments call for everyone within our organizations to build greater capacity for self-awareness, self-management, multifaceted communication, relationship management and complex decision making.

At Ei Collaborative, we recognize the unique challenges posed by our modern, fast-paced world. Our approach is tailored to address the complexities of today’s organizations by fostering innovation in education, training, and leadership development. We empower individuals and teams to navigate the demands of rapid change with the mindsets and strategies needed for ensuring that you not only adapt to but thrive in an environment of constant evolution and high expectations.
